How to Know If a Job Is Right for You?

A job is probably right for you if the pay, schedule, responsibilities, location, and growth opportunities fit your needs. But don't look at the salary alone.

Pay attention to the job description and ask yourself: Can I actually see myself doing this work every day? Does the company culture seem healthy? Will this job help me move toward where I want to be?

Also, trust your gut after the interview. If the employer avoids basic questions or makes unrealistic promises, that's a red flag.
