What to Ask an Employer During Your Job Interview?

I’d ask questions that help you figure out whether you actually want the job, not just questions that make you look interested.

A few good ones:

• What does a typical day look like in this role?

• What would you expect me to accomplish in the first 90 days?

• How is performance measured?

• What’s the team and management style like?

• Why is this position open?

• What are the next steps in the hiring process?

Also, pay attention to how they answer. An interview goes both ways.
