A lot of rejections happen before a human even looks at your application. Common issues are a generic resume, missing keywords from the job posting, unclear experience, or applying for jobs that don't match your background.
Try tailoring your resume for each role, keep the most relevant experience near the top, and make your skills easy to spot. Also, don't take every rejection personally. Sometimes there are dozens or hundreds of applicants for one opening.
