I think the problem is not using AI for everyday decisions. The problem starts when we stop thinking for ourselves.
Using AI to compare options, find ideas, or check something can save time. But if we ask it what to eat, what to buy, what to say, where to go, and even how to feel about a situation, we may slowly lose our own judgment.
One thing people rarely talk about is the small decisions. They are how we practice making bigger decisions. If AI makes every tiny choice for us, we might become less comfortable with uncertainty.
