Sending hundreds of applications does not always mean you are close to getting hired. Sometimes the problem is the type of jobs you are applying for, your resume, or how well your experience matches the job.
A common issue is applying to too many jobs with the same resume. Small changes for each role can make a big difference. Also check if your resume clearly shows what you can actually do.
Another thing is the interview stage. If you get interviews but no offers, the problem may be your interview answers rather than your applications.
It can also be the job market. Some jobs have hundreds of applicants, so rejection does not always mean you are doing something wrong.
Look at where you are getting stuck: no replies, no interviews, or no offers after interviews. That usually tells you what needs to change.
