How Did People Become So Quickly Reliant on AI?

People became reliant on AI because it is fast, easy, and always available. Instead of spending 30 minutes searching or thinking through a problem, people can get an answer in seconds.

It also became part of normal work and study very quickly. People use it for writing, coding, research, ideas, emails, and even simple decisions.

The bigger issue is that convenience can become a habit. If AI does everything for us, we may slowly stop practicing some skills ourselves. I think AI is most useful when it helps us think better, not when it replaces our thinking completely.
