How Do You Consistently Commit to Self-Improvement?

I think the easiest way is to make self-improvement part of your normal routine. Don’t try to change everything at once. Pick one small thing and repeat it every day.

Some days you will feel motivated, and some days you won’t. The goal is to keep going even on the bad days. Missing one day is fine. Just don’t let one missed day become a week.

Tracking small wins also helps. Seeing progress, even if it is slow, makes it easier to stay committed.
