I stopped trying to have a perfect productive day. When something interrupts me, I just save a quick note about where I stopped so I can return without wasting time figuring it out again.
I also keep 1 or 2 small tasks ready for those broken periods. Answering an email, checking something, or doing a 10-minute task is better than waiting for a perfect block of free time.
One thing that helped me a lot is not treating every interruption as urgent. Some things can wait. If everything feels urgent, nothing gets done properly.
