The main thing is to keep it small. You don't need 3 or 4 hours every day. Even 30 to 60 minutes can work if you stay consistent.
The 5AM idea can help if you're naturally a morning person, but waking up early isn't magic. Pick a time when you actually have energy. Use that time for one clear task, like writing, selling, learning a skill, or finding customers.
Don't try to build everything at once. Start with one simple service or product, test whether people want it, and improve it slowly. Also protect your sleep. A side hustle isn't worth burning yourself out.
