As an entrepreneur, time management is less about doing more and more about knowing what not to do.
I usually split tasks into three groups: money-making work, important business work, and everything else. Do the first two before checking emails, messages, or social media.
Keep 2–3 important tasks for the day instead of making a huge list. Also leave some empty time for unexpected problems. Business rarely goes exactly as planned.
One thing people forget: track where your time actually goes for a few days. You may find that small tasks, calls, or constant checking are taking hours.
And don’t try to do every job yourself. If someone else can handle a task well enough, delegate it. Your time is one of the few things in business you cannot get back.
