Start by keeping small promises to yourself. If you say you’ll walk for 10 minutes, do it. If you need to finish one small task, finish it. These little wins slowly build trust in yourself.
Also, stop using other people as your measuring stick. Notice your own progress instead. Even taking care of yourself, saying no when needed, or speaking up once can be a win.
Self-esteem usually grows from what you do, not just from telling yourself you’re good enough.
