The biggest productivity trick is not filling every minute. Pick 2–3 important tasks, give each a time limit, and keep your phone away while doing them.
I also leave some empty time in my schedule. Things always take longer than expected, and that extra space stops the whole day from falling apart.
One more thing: track where your time actually goes for a few days. You may find that the real problem isn’t poor time management, but too many small distractions.
