Pick one or two things that actually matter to you and work on them slowly. Even small habits like reading 10 pages, taking a short walk, or spending 20 minutes learning something new can make a difference.
The goal is steady progress, not constant productivity. If self-improvement starts making you feel guilty for resting, it is probably time to slow down.
