What Are Your Job Ad Red Flags?

For me, the biggest red flag is when a job ad sounds like they want one person to do five different jobs. I’m also cautious about vague responsibilities, unrealistic requirements, no salary information, and phrases like “must handle stress” or “we’re like a family.” If the ad feels like they’re asking for a lot without clearly explaining what they’re offering, I usually move on.
