It’s usually less perfect than social media makes it look. Wake up, get ready, work or study, eat, do a few basic chores, rest, and deal with random things that come up.
I think a good routine should have some empty space. If every hour is planned, one late meeting or bad mood can ruin the whole day. A realistic routine leaves room for being tired, changing plans, and doing nothing for a while.
