What Makes a Job 'Good' Beyond Just the Paycheck?

A good job is one that gives you a decent life, not just a good salary. A respectful manager, reasonable working hours, job security, and a healthy workplace can make a big difference.

I would also look at growth. If you are learning useful skills and have a chance to move forward, the job may be worth staying in.

Good coworkers, flexible work options, enough time outside work, and feeling valued also matter. A higher salary is nice, but it does not always make a bad workplace worth it.
