Yes, but don't treat self-improvement like a second full-time job.
You don't need 2 hours every day. Even 20–30 minutes can be enough. Read a few pages, exercise, learn a skill, or work on something you've been avoiding.
Also, use the time you already have. Listen to something useful while commuting or take a short walk after work.
The part people don't talk about: rest is also improvement. If you're exhausted every day, adding more goals may just burn you out.
Pick one thing, keep it small, and stay consistent. You can improve your life without completely changing your schedule.
