Powerful Self-Reflection Questions That Actually Change Behavior

I find questions that focus on behavior more useful than questions that just make you think.

Try these:

  • What problem do I keep creating for myself?
  • What do I keep saying I'll do but never do?
  • What am I avoiding because it's uncomfortable?
  • What habit is making my life harder?
  • Where am I making excuses?
  • What would I do differently if nobody judged me?
  • What is one small thing I can change this week?

The last one matters most. Reflection is useful, but nothing changes until you turn one answer into an action.
