Self-improvement does not need to cost money. Start with things that are easy to ignore.
Read free articles. Walk every day. Sleep at a better time. Learn to cook. Keep your phone away for an hour. Write down what you actually want instead of copying someone else's goals.
One underrated thing is learning to be comfortable doing nothing. No music, no scrolling, no constant entertainment. It gives you time to notice what is actually bothering you.
You don't need a new course or expensive routine. Sometimes improving your life means simply stopping a few habits that are making it worse.
