The biggest thing that helped me fix my sleep schedule was focusing on when I wake up, not when I go to bed.
I pick a wake-up time and stick to it, even after a bad night. I get some sunlight in the morning, avoid long naps, and stop drinking coffee late in the day.
One thing people don’t talk about much is how your evening habits affect your sleep. If you spend the whole night scrolling or watching videos, your brain starts to treat that as normal bedtime behavior.
I also try to make mornings worth waking up for. A good breakfast, a short walk, or even a favorite song can help.
Don't try to fix everything in one night. Move your sleep time earlier by 15–30 minutes every few days. Small changes are easier to keep.
