I'd focus on getting a few basic things right: building savings, clearing bad debt, staying healthy, learning useful skills, and finding work that gives some freedom.
But there's something people don't talk about much: learning to enjoy your own company. Don't make every decision around finding a partner. Build friendships, learn to cook, keep your home organized, and have hobbies outside work.
Also, take care of small problems before they become expensive ones, whether it's your health, money, or relationships. Your 30s are a good time to build a life you actually enjoy, not just one that looks successful to others.
